Uptotal's services may not be used to:

Customers must not:

  • Use a disproportionate amount of system resources (CPU, memory, disk, network) that negatively impacts other users.
  • Run applications that cause server performance degradation.
  • Run cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive processes without prior written authorization.
  • Host content that generates excessive traffic or abnormal loads on the server.

5. Security

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining secure passwords and access credentials.
  • Applying security updates to their applications and systems.
  • Taking reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to their services.
  • Promptly reporting any security breach or unauthorized use of their account.

6. Email and Spam

Customers must not:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
  • Forge email headers or other identifying information.
  • Harvest email addresses through automated means for the purpose of sending bulk emails.
  • Distribute malware, phishing, or fraudulent content via email.

7. Monitoring and Enforcement

Uptotal:

  • Reserves the right to monitor use of its services to ensure compliance with this AUP.
  • May suspend or terminate access to services if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a customer has violated this AUP.
  • May remove or disable access to any content that violates this AUP.
  • May report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.
