- Host content that generates excessive traffic or abnormal loads on the server.
5. Security
Customers are responsible for:
- Maintaining secure passwords and access credentials.
- Applying security updates to their applications and systems.
- Taking reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to their services.
- Promptly reporting any security breach or unauthorized use of their account.
6. Email and Spam
Customers must not:
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
- Forge email headers or other identifying information.
- Harvest email addresses through automated means for the purpose of sending bulk emails.
- Distribute malware, phishing, or fraudulent content via email.
7. Monitoring and Enforcement
Uptotal:
- Reserves the right to monitor use of its services to ensure compliance with this AUP.
- May suspend or terminate access to services if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a customer has violated this AUP.
- May remove or disable access to any content that violates this AUP.
- May report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.
